Introducing our first workshop
in partnership with Adrenaline Sporting Events

Do you want to become a faster, stronger and more resilient runner?

 

Over the course of 4 weeks this workshop will focus on running specific strength training, designed to boost your performance and decrease your risk of injury.

 

Each week will have a different area of focus, each as equally important for running. Please see an overview below:

 

Week 1 - Hips, Hamstrings & Glutes

Week 2 - Knees & Quadriceps 

Week 3 - Ankles, Calves & Feet

Week 4 - Core

 

By the end of the 4 weeks, not only will you have gained the knowledge needed to be able to implement strength training alongside your running, but you will also receive a running specific strength and conditioning programme that you can follow, either at home or in the gym.
