Cancellation Policy

A £10 non-refundable deposit is required prior to every appointment. Cancelling within 24 hours of you booked appointment, not turning up or turning up more than 10 minutes late will result in you being charged the remaining balance of your booked appointment. If you are going to be late for an appointment, please inform Harry Evans Sports Therapy as soon as possible as turning up more than 10 minutes late will count as a missed appointment. If circumstances arise where you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform Harry Evans Sports Therapy a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booked appointment. Individual circumstances will be taken into account but this decision is at the discretion of Harry Evans Sports Therapy.
