The Upper Body Treatment is a 60-minute session designed to relieve tension, enhance mobility, and promote recovery. This comprehensive treatment combines sports massage, dry cupping, IASTM (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation), percussion therapy and passive stretching. Whether you're recovering from intense activity, preparing for an event or looking to move and feel better, this treatment is tailored to meet your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that a £10 non-refundable deposit is included in the appointment price. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must inform Harry a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booked appointment, failure to do so will render you ineligible for any refund. If you are going to be late for an appointment, please inform Harry Evans Sports Therapy as soon as possible as turning up more than 10 minutes late will count as a missed appointment which will also render you ineligible for any refund.
