Cancellation Policy

Please note that a £10 non-refundable deposit is included in the appointment price. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must inform Harry a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booked appointment, failure to do so will render you ineligible for any refund. If you are going to be late for an appointment, please inform Harry Evans Sports Therapy as soon as possible as turning up more than 10 minutes late will count as a missed appointment which will also render you ineligible for any refund.
