This is the starting point for new clients seeking remote 1-to-1 support with rehab or performance.
Service Description
During this initial session I will get to understand your current situation, your goals and your training and injury history. We will then deep dive into your movement and physical profile (strengths and weaknesses), before discussing and planning your 1-to-1 road map, and the support I can offer you moving forward.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that a £10 non-refundable deposit is included in the appointment price. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you must inform Harry a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booked appointment, failure to do so will render you ineligible for any refund. If you are going to be late for an appointment, please inform Harry as soon as possible as turning up more than 10 minutes late will count as a missed appointment which will also render you ineligible for any refund.
