What is 1-1 coaching?

My 'pathways' are my approach to 1-1 coaching. These are what allow me to get my clients the results they need. I offer 1-to-1 support both in-person and online and each approach ensures you have access to the high-level of support and guidance needed to achieve your goals.

 

This all-encompassing approach is, in my opinion what coaching needs to look like if you want to be successful and goes far beyond traditional approaches.

 

During your consultation, we will discuss your situation, how I think I can help and which option I think will be best to help you achieve your goals.

Who is it for?

My coaching is for anyone looking for expert 1-to-1 support with:

 

  • Recovering from pain, injury, limitation or surgery

  • Becoming more robust and reducing the risk of future setbacks

  • Returning to sport or activity with confidence

     

I work with athletes and active individuals of all levels; whether you compete at a high level, play a sport recreationally or just enjoy exercising.

 

Not only will I focus on achieving the results you want now but also results that will last long beyond our time working together. I aim to leave everyone I work with in a stronger position than when we meet and equipped with the knowledge to not only sustain the progress we make together but also to push beyond.
